Are you ready to give your beloved cashmere pieces a second life? Our "Sell with Lalaine" program offers you the perfect opportunity to pass on your preloved treasures to new, appreciative owners.

A few steps to sell:

Contact Lalaine at office@lalaine.ch or +41 76 432 17 22 to initiate the process

  1. Send a picture of the item you want to sell
  2. Provide information about the brand, size and composition details
  3. Specify items condition (new, worn rarely, worn frequently)
  4. Specify your target price for the item
  5. Is the item in good condition? We do not accept damaged items.

We also offer direct payment for some items.
This is your option if you prefer immediate payment and eliminate waiting periods.
In this case, the price paid will always be lower, as we take on the risk.

Payout Structure

  • For items selling under CHF 100

    For items selling under CHF 100

    • your payout: 50%
    • Commission: 50%

  • For items selling from CHF 100 to Chf 400.-

    • Your payout: 70%
    • Commissions: 30%

  • For items selling from Chf 400.- and above

    • Your payout: 80%
    • Commission: 20%

Item Condition

Cleanliness Requirement: we ask you to wash/clean your items pior submission (except it's brand new with tags), to ensure they meet our resale quality standards. To ensure it's 100% moth-free, we put it in the frige for 72 hours.

Pricing: Lalaine determines the pricing, in accordance with you, based on the item's condition and current resale market analysis.

Storage Duration: Resale items will be kept for a minimum of three months. If you wish to retrieve your items earlier, a fee of 60 CHF will be charged.

Listing time: When submitting an item for resale, you should be aware that it requires time to process and list the item on the website.

Social media: We may use your articles on social media. However, there is no guarantee of this.

We inspect all items to ensure they are suitable for resale. In case they are not, we ask you to pick them up or send them back to you (customers charge)

We do not accept fur coats, fur-trimmed items, or any articles with fur trims ⛔.
