We start processing your order within the next two business days.
Nevertheless a little delay can happen. We are a small business an do all by ourselves. So please be patient with us.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in 6900 Lugano.
Unfortunately we don’t ship outside of Switzerland.
A pick up in our office in Lugano is also possible preview appointment.
The shipping costs are:
- Orders up to CHF 199.99 the shipping costs are CHF 09.00
- Orders from CHF 200.00 are free delivery
- Pick up in our office in 6900 Lugano (Via Serafino Balestra 27) is free
Our LALAINE packaging is FSC certified. Whenever possible, we use «second life» packaging provided by local stores who no longer need their boxes.
Returns & Non-Returnable Items
If you are not happy with your product, you can ask for a return within 10 days. The return window starts from the day the product was delivered.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Very few items are NON-returnable: if an item is non-returnable, you will find this note in the product description.
The item remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received at our office. If the returned item has been worn or stained, we won’t be able to process the return. The Hangtags must not be removed. If it’s removed or damaged we won’t be able to process the return.
Total return and refund processing time: up to 25 days.
Guarantee
We are not liable for any warranty and/or liability claim.
Lalaine offers no item lifecycle guarantee.
